Providing a Variety of Heavy-Civil Services, Specializing in New Concrete Construction and Reconstruction
Since 1978, we have performed work for numerous owners including, DOT, DOD, FAA, Counties, and Cities, and have extensive knowledge of their unique requirements. Our West Division has a long history of design/build work starting in 1997 on I-70 near Denver, the first major design/build project in the State of Colorado.
While our West Division performs a variety of heavy-civil services, we specialize in both new construction and reconstruction of concrete projects, such as highways, airfields, tank trails, streets, parking lots, sidewalks, barrier walls, other miscellaneous concrete items and curb/gutters. Over the years, we have frequently paved projects up to 42 feet in a single pass using stringless technology, and an array of concrete pavements of all designs. We also have long-standing experience in all kinds of miscellaneous concrete, including concrete restoration, concrete barrier, demolition/removals, minor grading, treated/untreated base placement, RCP, small structures, crushing, recycling, roller compacted concrete (RCC) and water retention facilities. The largest RCC project in the state of Colorado at Fort Carson Army Base was successfully completed in 2008 by our West Division. We successfully constructed unique RCC water retention facilities for the City of Lonetree, Colorado, and the Blunn Dam in Arvada, Colorado. In all, our West Division has completed projects in Colorado, Wyoming, Kansas, New Mexico and Nebraska ranging from $500,000, to over $120,000,000.
