Denver Division
Our Denver Division specializes in the construction management of simultaneous, complex and “fast-track” projects requiring high sophistication in contractor quality control, critical path scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
Airfield Specialists Performing a Wide Variety of Work for Owners with Unique Requirements
Since 1978, we have performed work for numerous Owners including, DOT, DOD, FAA, Counties, and Municipalities, and have extensive knowledge of their unique requirements. Projects include roadways, parking lots, regional and commuter airports, as well as large commercial airports and military airfields across Colorado and the Western United States. Contract size has ranged from $100,000 to over $107,000,000 on the DIA International R/W and associated T/W’s project. Our early beginnings started with the reconstruction of over 50% of all airfield pavements at the old Denver Stapleton Airport.
Our Denver Division has a lengthy resume of self-performing a wide variety of work items for various Owners. We have the tools and expertise for quality, high production slipform concrete paving, roller compacted concrete, removals, earthwork, grading, treated/untreated bases, water/storm lines, small drainage/foundation structures, rip rap grouted/ungrouted and many other miscellaneous work items associated in our line of work. This division is also on a limited basis a producer of ready mix and flow fill.

Concrete Pavement Restoration (CPR), 2017, CO/WY ACPA
The Runway 8-26 Complex Pavement Rehabilitation project for Denver International Airport removed and replaced deteriorated concrete panels, while repairing substandard base and subgrade. Divided into 7 phases, the 114 day construction duration was exacting. All stakeholders worked as a cooperative team to provide the airlines with a construction project which caused zero incidents or aircraft delays.
Commercial Service & Military Airports Award, 2017, CO/WY ACPA
Eagle County Airport is quietly tucked away off of I-70 in Gypsum, accommodating commercial air flights and providing space for the Vail Valley Jet Center. Only 35 miles from Vail, Eagle serves skiers at Vail, Beaver Creek, Copper Mountain, Keystone and Breckenridge. Eagle is also home base to the Colorado Army National Guard’s High Altitude Aviation Training Site, where rotary wing military pilots from all over the world are trained.
Concrete Overlays Award, 2015, CO/WY ACPA
This Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) Concrete Overlay project provided 242,292 square yards of concrete whitetopping along State Highway 14 from I-25 East to Weld County Road 23. This overlay project is aimed at providing the traveling public with a high quality and durable paved surface for years to come.
